Everyone was very helpful at Bozard Ford! I started my day at a different Ford Dearler and had a terrible experience. I saw a vehicle on line at Bozard but was not sure if I wanted to go deal with a car day at a different Ford Dearler and had a terrible experience. My wife and I had our lease coming due on our F150 and wanted to weigh the options of buying out our lease or getting an F250 Super-duty. David Siekierski told me of some of the options they had and I advised him that my wife and I need to come in and look at the actual vehicles to see if it would meet our needs. We went to the dealer ship driving all the way from Jacksonville FL to examine our options. When David Siekierski started working with us I immediately felt like I was talking to a used car sales man trying to sell me what ever he could. He did not listen to the needs of my wife and I had for the vehicle or properly answer the questions we had. He kept trying to close the sale and run number or prices before he even knew what we wanted. He kept trying to put us in an F250 Lariet when that was not what we where looking for. He also had to keep leaving us for extended periods to supposidly print out information for us which was nothing more that window sticker informaiton that tells your very little about the vehicle other than what it comes with. When doing sales the first goal is to know what the customer needs, and then what the customer wants before you even discuss price. But this is what I have come to expect from dealers of late. We leased our F150 from Autonation in Orange Park and do not plan on going back to that dealership for the same reason I will stay away from Bozard Ford now as well. I plan on telling everyone I know about this experiance and will be going back to Duval Ford here in Jacksonville their selection was not as large but at least the sales reps there listen to their customers and do not leave them for extended periods of time and do not try to close deals and confuse their customers. After months of searching online and doing my homework, I settled on purchasing a Ford Taurus. It fit my needs and I love the style. After emailing the company with my interest, Justin Fisher responded back in a timely manner and we set up a time for me to come in and see the vehicles he had available. My experience once at the dealership was outstanding all the way through. Justin was professional and more importantly he was personable. I never felt rushed or that I was being pushed into one car or another. Justin understood that I had done my homework and that I was there to see a couple particular cars. He made the experience enjoyable and I left with a great car and a smile on my face. The finance director Terry Seymour was also very helpful and worked out my financing exactly the way I wanted it done.
