Art introduced Mike Murdock as the associate that would be working with me to find the right vehicle and the right deal. I don't think Mike could have been more genuine and thorough during the process. Great Experience My husband and I went to Bozard to look at a used car and worked with John Ramirez. We knew what car we wanted and he drove us around the lot while po My husband and I went to Bozard to look at a used car and worked with John Ramirez. We knew what car we wanted and he drove us around the lot while pointing out other options. He took us on a test drive and didn't hesitate to grab other keys for another car we wanted to drive. When we went back to the dealership he worked up an estimate which was above our budget. He came back with a lower rate which was still a bit above what we wanted to pay (it was a cash purchase). They were able to do right by us in the matter of minutes and got us to a price that was in our budget. There wasn't a ping-pong between salespeople and managers. It was quick and to the point. John was friendly and easy to talk to and made the experience a good one. More

Upon arriving at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by John Ramirez and were impressed right away with his attitude and friendliness!! After sitting us down and getting to know us and what we were looking for, he took us out to look at a couple different vehicle options, before we ultimately decided on the Tahoe. Throughout the whole buying experience, John was there to answer any questions we had, as well as take better care of us then I have ever experienced buying a vehicle!!! As a senior enlisted leader in the US Navy, part of my job is to evaluate talent and leadership.
