I came into the dealership not having a clue as to really what I wanted but a friend referred me to Bozard so I figured I'd give it a shot. Chase and Jesse both were extremely helpful in helping me to decide what kindof vehicle I wanted. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me find the perfect match. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was nice to go to a dealership and not feel like I was being hassled into buying a car. Super friendly laid back service. Definitely will be returning to them for future purchases. More

More to a dealership than friendly sales people While the sales person was friendly, finance was superb...problem comes in from lacking Service Dept. My auto has been in service longer than I have been able to drive it. After all that time still have a problem that was NOT fixed properly and it appears since the sale has been made, no one cares. Phone calls are bounced from person to person. So, while you may get a great deal from friendly folks, think twice...there is more involved such as how you will be taken care of AFTER the sale! More
