Just as last year, Marcia was able to work us in and the repair was completed the same day. I came after having seen a car on their website that interested me and I rode down on my motorcycle to see and get some information on it. My intent was to check it out and determine if the purchase was feasible. I only had pictures of my potential trade in, no title, no insurance card, and I had left my drivers license at home. I decided to buy it, do as much preliminary paper work as possible and come back the next day to complete the purchase. With vast computer knowledge I left owning the car and only having to come back with the trade in the next day and let them make a copy of my license the drive my new car back home. The next day Artie was on a demo ride so Michael was waiting for me to tie up the few loose ends and I took my new car home. I would like to say they can walk on water but they do get their ankles wet. More

I am unable to remember the shuttle driver"s name but he was also like the two ladies, very professional and assisted me in anyway that they could think of. The price for my service was better than the other tire dealers in town. Even though this is a large operation and dealership the staff still made you feel at home and gave you a small town attention to your needs. I certainly will go back for service in the future and recomend this dealership to others. More
