We called Chase on a Saturday, told him about what we wanted, he said come on in. When we got there, he and his manager Matt Tudor already had info on some trucks for us to look at. Chase patiently showed us several vehicles until we found the one we wanted. We returned the next day with the 2 vehicles we wanted to trade in. Chase, along with George Clark and Tom Krell worked at getting us the best price possible. The paperwork was handled verily smoothly by Ovido Cirtina. 2014 Explorer Unplanned Weekend Purchase I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Young and Chase Burnett on my recent purchase of my 2014 Explorer. If it wasn't for a follow up phone call tha I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Young and Chase Burnett on my recent purchase of my 2014 Explorer. If it wasn't for a follow up phone call that Chase initiated days earlier regarding how my 2013 Explorer was running after it being serviced, I would never have come down on Saturday. My 2013 vehicle was running fine, but due to my job it had almost 80,000 miles on it, and I was told that I could come down and discuss an upgrade. This is my second vehicle that I have bought from Bozard Ford. I met with Chase on Saturday, but worked with Jeff as the dealership was very busy. Jeff, not only went over and above to find me the perfect vehicle, but he made sure that I was satisfied and followed up on all my texts and phone calls. I have worked with Jeff in the past as I referred a friend to Bozard, and Jeff continues to be professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and in my perspective he demonstrates the true meaning of customer service. My interaction with Chase was limited, but he still followed up with me during the transaction, and afterward by calling me and making sure all my concerns were met. During the process of buying this vehicle I met a "bump" in the road! Jeff took my call, and listened to the issue. He made sure that my problem got to the right person, and was fixed promptly, Jesse, GSM called me at home, and listened to the issue/problem that transpired during my visit to the dealership. He reviewed everything with me in "terms I understood", and did not hang up the phone until he felt that I was happy. Jeff, Chase, and Jesse went over and above to "make me want to come back to Bozard", and refer others to the dealership. More
