Absolutely Fantastic I saw a 2012, low miles, certified MKZ on Bozard's website I was interested in and called to set up a test drive. It started with the receptionist. She made this deal a success. Why? Because, I asked for a specific type of sales guide (I didn't want to feel pressured, and didn't want to be shown cars I wasn't interested in). She connected me with Wesley Herring. I spoke with him a few minutes and then I met Wes about an hour later, he had the vehicle ready. He thoroughly explained all the vehicles specifications and equipment and how to operate the countless features. I took the car for a test drive. OMG, this MKZ was exactly what I was looking for. We went back to the dealership and went over the car again. Then we went to the dreaded table...you know where you start negotiating. It wasn't like that at all at Bozard. It wasn't the experience I have had in the past from other dealerships. I was comfortable, no pressure. I made an offer, Wes presented it and came back a few minutes with a counter, I made another offer, it was accepted. I signed on the dotted line and the car was mine. There were a few things I wanted done to the car so I didn't take it with me. Wes took it from here. He followed the car step by step until it was ready to be picked up and gave me progress updates along the way. Wes met me when I returned to take possession of the MKZ. He went over its features again and answered all my questions. We inspected the vehicle; it was perfect, better than mint. The vehicle service and delivery crew at Bozard could not have done a better job prepping this vehicle for delivery...absolutely flawless workmanship. Of note, Chris Gonzalez handled the vehicle's documentation. What a great guy...very professional, and he's always smiling. Would I buy from Bozard again? Yes Will I recommend Bozard? Yes Will I recommend Wes Herring to friends and family? Yes Thank you Wes Herring and Bozard team!!! I drove away completely satisfied...it was a great experience all around. More

I was super impressed with the relaxed and outgoing atmosphere, that I decided today was the day. I worked with Barry B and Ovidio, who were both very knowledgeable of the different Ford makes and models and what would be the best option for my needs.
