The Best Service Advisor in St. Augustine! I've been bringing all of my family cars to Alex for about 7 or 8 years now. Alex is always accessible via email, text or a phone call and replies I've been bringing all of my family cars to Alex for about 7 or 8 years now. Alex is always accessible via email, text or a phone call and replies back almost immediately. Alex goes out of his way to try to save me as much money off a repair as possible without compromising the quality of the repairs. He's very knowledgeable, experienced and greets you with a friendly smile. I can honestly say he's the reason why I've never considered taking my cars anywhere else. My wife and I have owned a 2005 Ford Taurus which is coming up on $200,000 miles and is in excellent condition, mostly because of Alex staying on top of what repairs the car needed over the last 8 years. That car now belongs to our daughter and one of the reasons my wife and I decided to buy another newer 2013 Taurus was so we can continue to have Alex take care of any repairs & service for us. I've found that my money is well spent with Alex @ Bozard service and I always take the time to recommend him to family & friends! They ALL were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable & answered all my questions so I knew I was getting the car I wanted! They gave me a great prices for BOTH my trade in & the new car. Getting everything fixed we bought a new mustang very good running car (ecoboost) but the body on the car was put together very poorly. Body line do not match up and front and we bought a new mustang very good running car (ecoboost) but the body on the car was put together very poorly. Body line do not match up and front and back bumpers are coming apart. Took awhile for them to understand my concern with a new car but they are trying to get it all worked out. Hope ford will do a buy back do to how the car was put together. Even if they do still like the new mustang. It's been a very bad buying experience but there are some people that likes to try to make things right. Let's hope it all works out. i will add more when they figure everything out. More
