Hassle Free and Honest Dealership We wish we would have started at Bozard Ford when we began looking for a newer (used) mini van. We had been to three dealerships before coming to Boz We wish we would have started at Bozard Ford when we began looking for a newer (used) mini van. We had been to three dealerships before coming to Bozard and were frustrated with the back and forth between the sales representatives and the sales managers. The other dealerships were not willing to offer a fair trade in value for our old mini van. We found a beautiful van with low miles on Bozard's user-friendly website. We bagan contact over the phone, using good faith that our van and their van was everything we said they were, to negotiate the price. We were very pleased with the hassle-free, friendly interaction and made an appointment to see the van. From the moment we arrived there was no pressure or "over-talking" as some dealerships tend to do. Bozard did so well over the phone that we agreed on a more than fair price within an hour without any "back and forth." The used vehicles at Bozard are in great condition and have low miles, so they offer a good product to begin with. They have a high volume of used car sales, attributed to their sales personnel and willingness to take care of their customers, so they can be more flexible in pricing. Sales personnel are not pressured to "make every sale" from what we could tell. We have every confidence in this dealership from the sales personnel to the financial managers to recommend Bozard to anyone else. Me being a 3rd generation customer of the Lawson/LaPradd family from St. Augustine means that there is something to be said for the "little" dealership that came from hwy. U.S. 1 to where they are now. I never would think that I could call about a vehicle at approx. 11:00 in the morning and then be driving it away at 7:30 that evening. I live in Melrose, FL now but, bought my second car(Mustang) there when in High School in 1986 and I'll keep going back as long as I'm buying vehicles to drive!!! The only thing that would have made it better was to buy me supper at O'Steen's. More
