I was it the dealership to have my car serviced --an older Oldsmobile Alero as Bozard provided much better service than the local GM dealerships. Unfortunately, the car needed more repairs than expected. I decided to check out the new and pre-owned vehicles at this dealership. As I was walking the lot a young man approached me, shook my hand introduced himself as Tom Reinard and asked "How can I be of assistance?". I immediately let him know that I my be buying a car and if I do, he would be the salesman. During an approximately 3 hour "search" Tom was not only professional, honest, knowledgeable but very patient. It was as if I was talking to an old friend rather than a salesman that I had met only a few hours previously. The pre-owned car manager, Bob Hewit and the business manager,Ovideo Cirtina also made my purchase a smotth, seemless transaction. I've like Bozard since relocating to Saint Augustine. Like it even more now. I've told several friends and a few strangers that if looking for a car/truck -- go see Tom Reinard at Bozard. More

I received letter of recall and called dealership. One phone call and Marcia had my recall work order set up, and arranged for me to have a loaner car as soon as I got there. No charge at all.... While waiting for a Quick Lane oil change, I looked at the 2014 Escapes, not really intenting on purchasing a vehicle. I met David Arnold, first impressions are important to me, and his was a favorable one. After David answered all my questions and looked at the 2011 Escape, which was still on the oil change lift, I knew we were close to a deal. I returned to Bozard a few hours later with my wife, the 2011 was checked further, and we closed the deal. Paperwork with A.J. Miller was also a pleasure. We are very pleased with David Arnold, Bozard, the purchase experience, and our new 2014 Ford Escape. I would have walked away from high pressure sales; I have never felt that with anyone at Bozard. Also, when Ford chose not to take any of the Presidents TARP money they gained my business for life. More
