Quick Lane Service I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change only, and it took 1.5 hours. I was aware of only one car in front of me, but it took 40 minu I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change only, and it took 1.5 hours. I was aware of only one car in front of me, but it took 40 minutes to have my car even pulled into the bay. Then, the technician assigned to my car seemed to have been pulled away to provide training to a new employee (who was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts). I was advised that I needed a new battery, and there was another delay waiting for a battery to be picked up from Parts. When my car was finally complete, it was taken for a car wash that delayed my departure by another 15 minutes. While it was nice, I wish they had asked first. I was clearly dressed for work and had already been there more than an hour. I use Croftgate products on my car and would have refused the wash. This was my first visit to the quick lane, and the service was NOT up to Bozard standards. I won't use it again. More

Because of his expertise he was able access the product that was suitable to our needs. A.J., educated us, we purchased a warranty above cost of the after market plan we were going to purchase. His ability to be forthright without offending is unbelievable. When you leave office you are educated and know you've made the right decisions! More

Even though I pass quite a few dealerships but, I Excellent customer service, I travel from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine to get my car serviced. Even though I pass quite a few dealerships but, I prefer to go where I will be taken care of properly. The entire staff is warm, friendly, compassionate & caring. They are not about cutting corners to save money, it is the safety & satisfaction of their customers. I thought I had a problem & was going to be stranded on the highway, immediately Marcia came to my rescue, Her concern was getting me to safety, awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!
