Bryan Wilson and Chase Burnett were both professional and made the selection process easy, From understanding what we were looking to purchase, to following up to get it, I cant say enough about their attention to customer satisfaction. It was nice getting an email and a phone call that they had located a Flex that may interest us. At the same time, no pressure, no hassle. They found a new, 2014 Flex and my wife couldn't be happier with it. These 2 gentlemen really showed an interest in our wants. Likewise, it was nice to be reassured by Matt Tudor, the sales manager, that he would get the vehicle for us as he had to send someone to another dealership to get it. While that may be a practice in the industry, it was none the less reassuring that, again, our want and desire was number one for them. When it came to "haggle" over the price, there really wasn't much to it. Rick Garcia, the business manager, was exceptional! He listened. What a surprise! Again, no pressure, no hassle. When it looked like we may not come to terms, he asked if he could try one more time to see what he could do. If he couldn't, he understood my position and respected it. Needless to say, I was amazed! Not only was he able to get incentives for us, get the price where I wanted it, but he worked out ZERO percent financing!!! He was fantastic. We picked up the Flex on Saturday. I had asked Rick about an additional item for the Flex. Wouldn't you know it, I got a call from him today (Tuesday). He had said he would check and follow up Monday or Tuesday. He kept his word! What makes this experience exceptional is this: we had stopped in about 8 months back and the experience we had wasn't what I had expected or experienced in the past. As a result my sister, from out of the state, and I went to another dealership and purchased new vehicles. When Chase called me initially, I was a little skeptical. THIS experience made up for that many times over. I had really thought the experience was gone when the prior person we had always dealt with passed away. Chase, Bryan, Matt and Rick proved that Bozard Ford is still focused on the customer and appreciates the loyalty of it's customers. Thank you gentlemen, for a great experience and a reassurance that we aren't just a sales number on the white board. More

Routine maintenance is also a breeze and they get us in and out. We have also purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership and have always been extremely happy with the sales team. Was unhappy, not so much anymore I was not sure about ging to a Ford dealer, my last experience was not pleasant. The salesman (at the other dealership) was condescending to my wife and I. He seemed to be more interested in ridiculing us for not wanting to accept the "offer" that he made on a new car. As if I needed to buy one rather than wanting to buy one. That was in 1996, and I have never forgotten it. Last year (2014) I was in St Augustine with my wife and we decided to stop by Bozard Ford, I had no intention of buying a car, but my wife met a salesman named Stephen Purdy and he treated her with respect (like she was his wife) and found her a car. One year later my wife was not happy with the vehicle, we had spoken to Stephen off and on all year (imagine that a salesman that calls AFTER the sale). Stephen worked with my wife to find her a new car and make her happy, the finance person Rick Garcia worked with us on the pricing until I was happy. So often people spam for "bad" or "less than adequate" service. Its about time we spam for good Service!!! Excellent Job Stephen Purdy and Rick Garcia! Mr. King, you should recognize both of these gentleman for epitomizing customer service, everywhere else falls short of Bozard Ford!! More

Great job getting me in and out of the Quick Lane On my to my 4:30 service I was caught up in a mess on I-95 due to a major truck fire..
