I am so sorry that we failed you in this instance. This is not typical of David Siekierski. I appreciate your bringing this to my attention as it prompted me to review the situation in effort to prevent it from happening again. It is our policy that everyone who visits the dealership meets a manager. David did not enter your visit into our system and the managers on duty at the time were unaware of your visit. I make no excuses, we simply failed to deliver the type of service that we strive to achieve. David and I have discussed the importance of listening to the customers needs and it is my hope that this will serve as a learning experience for all of us at Bozard Ford Lincoln. We are not perfect.
