This 250 Super Duty has been 5 years in the making to purchase. I have gone to every Ford dealer in Jacksonville and have approached the buying process the same way, I explain I will not set down and sta purchase. I have gone to every Ford dealer in Jacksonville and have approached the buying process the same way, I explain I will not set down and start haggling back and forth all day to buy a vehicle to only feel that I got a bad deal at the end. I generally make purchase agreement over the phone to avoid this have done so on last 4 purchases. I had spoke to Bob Hewit on the phone and stated the previous he assured me that they were a NO nonsense dealer and they would take care of me. Must say I was skeptical because I've heard it before. My wife and I went to St Augustine from Jacksonville just to look at the New F250. We were introduced to Bob he than turned us over to Joey Kochevar and I must admit I was a little hard on him at first, we drove a new 250 than a 2013 used 250 as we liked both we choose the used one not just because of the money more because the ford certified and longer warranty. I ask Bob for his best price 1 time and he delivered we were in and out of there in approx. 3hours and we were able to go to the outlet mall and do some Christmas shopping without feeling drained and we thank the whole dealership for that.(the time was more my fault than theirs waiting for the credit union to approve deal). I have and will continue to recommend Bozard Ford to everyone I speak to about the purchase of a vehicle they where the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Joey has followed up with me just to make sure I was happy and that all was promised was done his professionalism was and is outstanding in todays world. Thanks again from a very happy buyer. Ernie. They are always friendly, accommodating and very helpful on each and every visit. When I leave I know exactly what was done to my vehicle and what always look forward to my next regular service visit. Their knowledge is impeccable. Everyone was very helpful at Bozard Ford! I started my day at a different Ford Dearler and had a terrible experience. I saw a vehicle on line at Bozard but was not sure if I wanted to go deal with a car day at a different Ford Dearler and had a terrible experience. I saw a vehicle on line at Bozard but was not sure if I wanted to go deal with a car salesman again. Pulled up to Bozard and Joey asked if he could help me. I told Joey what I wanted to do and did not want to be jacked around. He was able to do what I wanted and was very effecient. He was awesome! More
My wife and I had our lease coming due on our F150 and wanted to weigh the options of buying out our lease or getting an F250 Super-duty. I liked the inventory selection that Bozard had on the web and contacted them. David Siekierski told me of some of the options they had and I advised him that my wife and I need to come in and look at the actual vehicles to see if it would meet our needs. We went to the dealer ship driving all the way from Jacksonville FL to examine our options. When David Siekierski started working with us I immediately felt like I was talking to a used car sales man trying to sell me what ever he could. He did not listen to the needs of my wife and I had for the vehicle or properly answer the questions we had. He kept trying to close the sale and run number or prices before he even knew what we wanted. He kept trying to put us in an F250 Lariet when that was not what we where looking for. He also had to keep leaving us for extended periods to supposidly print out information for us which was nothing more that window sticker informaiton that tells your very little about the vehicle other than what it comes with. When doing sales the first goal is to know what the customer needs, and then what the customer wants before you even discuss price. But this is what I have come to expect from dealers of late. We leased our F150 from Autonation in Orange Park and do not plan on going back to that dealership for the same reason I will stay away from Bozard Ford now as well. I plan on telling everyone I know about this experiance and will be going back to Duval Ford here in Jacksonville their selection was not as large but at least the sales reps there listen to their customers and do not leave them for extended periods of time and do not try to close deals and confuse their customers. More
