Great Buying Experience! We are from Orlando and tried to work with two Ford dealers in town. One of which we have bought our last 4 Fords from. Well the vehicle we wanted w We are from Orlando and tried to work with two Ford dealers in town. One of which we have bought our last 4 Fords from. Well the vehicle we wanted was at Bozard and both Orlando dealers said they could get it for us. After going round and round with them on pricing we decided to call Bozard's Internet Sales directly and see what they could do for us. I contacted Patrick Robertson on Thursday evening and told him I had a lease to turn in and wanted to lease an Edge. In less than 10 minutes, he called back and gave me the numbers on the deal. It was better than the deals offered us in Orlando. So, it was time for a road trip to St. Augustine! Drove up on Saturday, met with Patrick and he insisted we test the vehicle first even though a deal had been struck. We did and loved it. Patrick was great! It was then off to sign the papers with A. J. Miller. He was great to deal with a great sense of humor. We encountered one little hiccup in the deal because of a mistake by being quoting numbers that would have changed the price. George Clark stepped in and said we had an agreed upon price and the dealership would honor it...problem averted! Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the 2 hour drive from Orlando! We highly recommend Bozard to anyone considering a vehicle and will return ourselves. Thanks to all at Bozard. Service Experience The service I received on my truck was excellent. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked my brakes as well. The only thing the The service I received on my truck was excellent. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked my brakes as well. The only thing they can improve on is scheduling. I had a 10:30 appointment, but didn't get out of there until 2:45. I feel the service department over booked themselves. More

You won't find a better experience at any other dealerships! My significant other and I recently bought a Mustang and a F150. We knew we would be there all day thanks to the paperwork but it was an enjoyable exp My significant other and I recently bought a Mustang and a F150. We knew we would be there all day thanks to the paperwork but it was an enjoyable experience. We swapped stories with our salesman Lee and our Finance Rick, but even in between we had laughs with a couple other salesmen just stopping by to congratulate us on our purchase. Jesse was one of the best on making us laugh. These are not the first vehicles we have bought with Bozard and will absolutely not be our last. Everytime is such a great experience and we always get amazing deals. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making our experience wonderful. More
