So, a few weeks ago when we took several people on a road trip and realized that we needed something larger than a truck, without hesitation, we returned to Bozard Ford. The first day, we worked with Freddie Brown. He was amazing. Freddie was upfront and honest with us. He did not play games or make us feel that we had to buy a car that day. We decided to take the night to make sure that we were making the right choice. Freddie totally understood and gave us his personal cell in case we decided to come back and buy the car in the future. The next day we decided to check out another dealership before returning to Bozard Ford. Wow! What a mistake and waste of time. They were sneaky and extremely secretive. We walked out and looked at each other and immediately agreed that we should have begun our day at Bozard Ford. Once we arrived, knowing that Freddie had the day off, Luis took control and sold us not only one vehicle, but two vehicles. He was upfront and honest. We gave him our budget and he made our deal work; no games or pressure. Luis is extremely knowledgeable regarding the makes and models of the cars, as well as the cost and budget questions. He went "to bat" for us and we are so grateful for his help and advice. We would recommend Bozard Ford, along with Luis and Freddie to the world. They made the car buying experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Thank you Luis and Freddie. We appreciate everything that you did for us. We will be back soon to buy our daughter her car, along with the recommendations that we are giving to our family that are in the car shopping process currently (they live in S. Fl). He was quick to answer my emails and was available by phone when I needed to call him. The whole experience was pain free until I went into the closing. There was no explanation of the papers I was signing nor did I notice that the numbers were different from the piece of paper I signed sealing the deal before the closing -- no trade-in and I was paying in cash so I didn't overpay. I just didn't understand the bottom line and I did not receive an explanation as to why. I had to ask three times for a copy of my transaction. The closer brushed me off the first two times I asked and finally Buddy was able to get me a copy. They acted like they wanted me out of there as fast as possible. The vehicle was in excellent condition. They made every effort to make it look brand new. As I had been car shopping for three weeks, I had seen some really rough and foul smelling cars so I really appreciate the cleanliness and condition of the three year old car that I bought, it was almost like new. The man who cleaned my car waxed a little spot after I noticed it. He was very nice too. More

GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!!!! We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on th We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on the fuel system, a bad sun visor light, and a small tear in the console lid, all warranty issues. Since we lived 45 miles from Bozard, we took it to a closer Ford dealer for the service. They pushed back and refused to repair the console issue and told us to work through Ford. They also did a terrible job on repairing the sun visor light. We took it to Bozard, Alex Vererkovic apologized for the other dealer’s attitude and said they would handle the issue and correct the other dealer’s poor work. He asked Crystal Garrison to gather the information he needed and she contacted Ford, got the repair approved, and ordered the part the next day. Four days later the part was in, we set up an appointment, took in the car, and it was back to us in 45 minutes. Thanks to Alex and Crystal for GREAT SERVICE and Kind Attitude! Quick Service is just that, quick, correct and complete. I was recently in Quick Service and as always had an excellent experience with the people and the service. But I also had to go over to Accessories to get a new battery for one of my keys. They were out of the one I needed and took my cell number and said they would call me when it came in. I got a call in about an hour and when I went back, they put the battery in for me and did not charge me for anything. Billy (i think) was so nice and such a sweet smile. He said he was sorry I had to come back and there would be no charge for my battery. I was so surprised and pleased. It is just wonderful to come in contact with pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable people who care about you and your car. Thank you so much for all the training that goes into providing us with such a wonderful staff to deal with. I will always remember that Bozard Ford is the only place to go when I need a vehicle or work on one. More

Unfortunately Chase had to be out of town at a wedding when we purchased the expedition but Jeff stepped in and did a wonderful job. The only downside to the entire buying process was the finance man Rick. Where Chase and Jeff listened to us Rick did not listen! We had no problem with the credit part (interesting during this part with personal financial information being discussed Rick had the door open), however, when Rick got to the extra warranties (he shut the door). He gave his speech and we said "no" we didn't want the extended warranties, service, auto butler, etc. he wouldn't take no for an answer! To say the least my husband was ready to walk out and forget about buying the expedition. That was not a pleasant experience and my husband still is furious about it. When we said "no, not interested" he would lower the price for the plans, which upset my husband even more because then he felt like Bozard was trying to cheat us by making us pay more if we had said yes at the beginning. Not a good experience!!! Someone needs to make sure that Rick understands what the word "no" means. Our daughter this past week just bought a used car from Bozard and we made sure to be with her during the process because we didn't want her to have the pressure from a pushy finance man. She came pre-approved and her finance man AJ made his pitch but listened to her when she said "no" - AJ understands the meaning of the word and respected her and her decision, unlike Rick who tried the hard sell which was the wrong approach!,, For dealing with him we should have been given the auto butler for free! More

My dealership in Palm Bay referred me to Bozard Ford, I called and spoke to Piper and was told to come right on in. Everyone was so incredibly nice and allayed our anxiety with this unexpected trip interruption. Piper had us in and out in 5 hours. In the meantime they drove us to Cracker Barrel where we had breakfast and picked us up. The lounge at Bozard and the level of expertise the employees showed us made our experience as pleasurable as could be. I wish I lived closer to Bozard because they would be my dealership of choice for service! More
Leak trouble I'm a long time customer at Bozard. I'm from (born here) St. Augustine and so far have purchased (6) six vehicles from the folks at Bozard over the ye I'm a long time customer at Bozard. I'm from (born here) St. Augustine and so far have purchased (6) six vehicles from the folks at Bozard over the years. My 2013 F150 developed a leak in the third brake light and Bozard hired an outside "leak specialist" to do the work. To say the least, this "leak specialist" was horrible! I came close to losing my mind over it. There were several attempts to fix the issue. After a heart felt discussion with Jeff and Russel they decided to fix the issue in House. Bozard went out of their way to correct the issue and make sure it was exactly how it was when I purchased the truck. I'll continue to do business here and urge anyone I can to do the same! More
