Service department I made an appointment to have the convertible top checked on my Mustang when I arrived the service department was extremely busy but I was greeted imm I made an appointment to have the convertible top checked on my Mustang when I arrived the service department was extremely busy but I was greeted immediately and told my appointment was with Marcia Nelson. She was very busy but managed to help me while doing other tasks. She was AMAZING. Since I was not already in the system she took time to make sure everything was correct and entered into the computer. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service staff checked my convertible top and assured me that it was operating properly. When I got the car back I was shocked to find they had cleaned inside and outside of the car during the service. What a wonderful experience that day and I want to thank not only Marcia but everyone who assisted me that day. Great job. More

However, our salesperson, Chase Burnett, WAS excellent ... personable, professional and, most of all, knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Jesse Scheff interacted with Chase on some items of the sale and was also very knowledgeable about the products and dealership. AJ Miller handled the financial transaction to close the deal and we found him to be very competent and professional; we would have expected no less. This was an overall positive experience and we would definitely consider Bozard Ford for an additional vehicle in the future. More
