Good Experience I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang from Bozard Ford and they made it very easy and enjoyable. I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years and I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang from Bozard Ford and they made it very easy and enjoyable. I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years and had been dreading the car buying experience, but they were easy to work with and took care of most everything online and over the phone. The atmosphere was very laid back and they didn't push me to purchase an extended warranty package when I told them I typically do my own maintenance. I ended up paying just slightly under book value which I felt was a good price because the car, while a bit older, was in like-new condition. More

Great service went Above my expectations! I was blown away by my recent car servicing experience at Bozard. I started out by only having a short amount of time for this appointment and went i I was blown away by my recent car servicing experience at Bozard. I started out by only having a short amount of time for this appointment and went in expecting to spend a ton of money. I needed to have my tires fixed (losing air pressure in 2 tires and found a nail in another), oil change, break light kept coming on and tires needed rotating. Not only did I get in and out quickly, my bill was about 1/5 of what I expected! The service was super friendly and atmosphere was nice. I've been to so many other service stations only to be beat over the head with more things to spend my money on. It's quite stressful, especially as a woman. I will never shop for a car or go anyplace for servicing but to Bozard Ford! Only compliant was that I smelled cookies baking but was out of there so fast that I didn't get one! Thank you Bozard! Exceeded Expectations - Problem with Used Car On September 2, 2015, I bought a 2011 Expedition EL from Bozard. It's a great vehicle. We love it. I also bought a 4-year extended warranty. The passenger side windshield wiper stopped working on September 5. I took it to Autonation Ford in Jacksonville thinking the warranty would cover it. Imagine my surprise when they told me that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and it would cost $825 to replace the wiper motor assembly. I called Bozard and spoke to Alex. We set up an appointment. Bozard fixed the wiper problem and it cost me nothing. I'll go back there to buy my next car. More
