I want to mention Jeremy Criscione....he is the young man who helped me into the vehicle and showed me all the awesome technology and got my cell phone working inside the Navigator. He was so nine and friendly and very knowledgeable!!!!!! I am not very tech savvy and he explained and showed me everything with great ease. I have to admit all the features were a little overwhelming. So thank you Tanya and Jeremy for the best car experience I have ever had!!!!! More

Lincoln Date Night. Drove Lincoln MKC. Very impressed. Went out to eat at Town Center and parked next to a Lincoln owner and they commented on the MKC. I gave them the Drove Lincoln MKC. Excellent Service Recently, my wife went online and found Bozard Ford’s website and requested information on a 2015 MKX. That afternoon Buddy Price called her and too Recently, my wife went online and found Bozard Ford’s website and requested information on a 2015 MKX. That afternoon Buddy Price called her and took down more specific information such as color and accessories that we wanted. Buddy and Tom Krell then went to work. There were very few 2015 vehicles in Florida so they spread their search into Georgia and found the exact car we wanted. They had it shipped to Bozard and we rode up and test drove it. The car was exactly what we wanted. The rest is history. The negotiations went like clockwork. There was no pressure from the dealership at all. It took only a week from the search to signing the contract. Everyone we came in contact with at Bozard had an extremely pleasant and positive demeanor. We attribute this to the management of this dealership. Whether it is excellence, or an uncaring attitude, everything flows down from the top. More

Excellent customer service I originally went to Bozard Ford because it was a Ford dealership halfway between Daytkna and Jacksonville and would make meeting up with my dad more I originally went to Bozard Ford because it was a Ford dealership halfway between Daytkna and Jacksonville and would make meeting up with my dad more convenient for my dear for my new Edge. We met Kevin Noble and he was extremely friendly and open to answer any questions we had. He was beyond knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and didn't push us and force a sale. We walked away without a car but because of his outstanding customer service and suggestions to build my Edge on ford.com- I did so and contacted him when I finished. He encouraged me to come in as soon as I could so we could work on locating one. The second time around I took my husband. My husband enjoyed working with Kevin as much as my dad and I did and we ended up purchasing a Ford Edge Titanium from him, rather than search for a SEL. Deep down he knew I fell in love the the titanium when I test drove it and he did all he could to ensure I wouldn't leave a second time without it. There are at least 10 Ford dealerships closer to my house but because Kevin was so friendly, responsive, and non-pushy we went back to him at Bozard Ford. We can't wait to learn more about all our features in our new Edge and we look forward to many years as satisfied Bozard Ford customers. Oh- and Kevin Mitchell in finance was also fun to deal with and made the finance process more fun and not as stressful. More
