Was looking for a vehicle for my daughter and saw an Alfa Romeo listed at Bozard . I submitted a lead and was contacted by a salesman Mike Murdock, who said the vehicle had just come in and was going th Alfa Romeo listed at Bozard . I submitted a lead and was contacted by a salesman Mike Murdock, who said the vehicle had just come in and was going through service and that he would send me a video when it came out. This was on 12/01/24. . I didn’t hear back at all until 12/05/ telling me it was still going through service and should be completed today or tomorrow. On 12/07 Saturday he emailed me saying it was still going through service . I told him I was going to try and make it up there Sunday afternoon ( I live about an hour away). He emailed back advising he would be off but to see his partner Jesse James . I got an email then from Jesse James wanting my phone number and if I was still coming to see the Alfa Romeo. ( this was on Sunday ) I said yes should be there after 3 pm. I get to the Lincoln section and walked in the showroom. Couldn’t find anyone to greet or help us , after a few laps through the showroom I went to a salesperson or someone who was in one of the offices staring at his phone , and asked if he could help us, and page Jesse James. He did and we met the salesman Jesse James who said I have no idea where the vehicle is, so we walked the entire lot looking ( it’s a large dealership) never could find the vehicle, so the salesman goes let me go check the key machine, he then comes back outside to my wife and I and goes I’m sorry it came out of service this morning .and was sold . So hey things happen, I figured I would hear from the original salesman Mike atleast explaining what happened but nothing. I have no problem it sold but the lack of communication is pathetic. Why make people drive and hour , not have the car ready ( when they have advised they are coming up) not even know where the car is, etc. so I was emailed to confirm I was coming up there to look at a vehicle that they had already sold ? Very frustrating situation. More
