From start to finish, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure our truck was perfectly accessorized and detailed before handing over the keys. One especially memorable touch—he had the truck posed out front with a giant red bow, which made the moment even more special for my wife and me. While the finance process was a bit slow—and there was a hiccup with our loan being placed in the dealership’s safe before we had the chance to sign it, requiring some back-and-forth mailing—Tristan’s professionalism and attention to detail helped smooth things over. The overall process was nearly painless, and we appreciated the minimal upselling pressure from the dealership. Big thumbs up to Bozard Ford, and a huge thank you to Tristan for making our truck-buying experience a great one! More
