Great team to buy a car from! Buddy, Erik, and Jesse are a great team to work with. Based on recent car dealership inquiries, we had no intention of buying a car from them, but Bud Buddy, Erik, and Jesse are a great team to work with. Based on recent car dealership inquiries, we had no intention of buying a car from them, but Buddy and his support team were able to accomplish what no other dealership in the Central and North Florida area were able to regarding our used vehicle trade-in(s). We walked out with 2 great new cars, decent service warranties and reasonable payments on both. We will definitely recommend them to our friends! Great job guys! More

He "listened" to our needs and we were on a first name only basis during our first visit. He explained the differences between the models we were interested in and we went for several test drives in different SUV's. No pressure, no BS. We gave our last name when we got serious 2 days later. Imagine that? All we received was a business card from him on the first visit. No demands for drivers license, or e-mail address. He found us the exact vehicle that would fit our needs and worked hard to give us the best price possible. Imagine a custom ping pong table in the middle of the showroom floor! Customers and salesmen playing. Employees offering water, cookies and popcorn? Yes, it really happened. Even a few employees taking a break to play live music. Uh huh. Even the dreaded "finance manager" usually stiff as a board. Not here! "JC" was helpful and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything and didn't push extra insurance packages on us. He just told us about them and allowed us to make up our own mind as to what we felt we needed. Outstanding! I could go on and on. Visit them. You won't be disappointed! We're both 60 and thought we'd seen it all. More

We reached a deal with Zach on the Edge we felt comfortable with then met with Ryan. Both were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased a "like new" 2012 Chrysler 300 (The Carfax provided prior to our purchase showed it had been impeccably maintained prior to trade-in) to replace the 2011 Ford Fusion we had previously purchased from Frank (but which was unfortunately totaled due to a rear-end collision). On Sunday, Aug 21, about 1:30 pm, we were preparing to return to St. Augustine from Atlanta. Our car showed a "Battery Saver Mode" message, then all indicator lights flickered, and then the car died completely. Stuck in the Georgia Tech - Tech Square parking lot, I had no idea how we would proceed. I expected an "I'm sorry that happened- I'm not sure how we can help from here" answer when I called Bozard. Instead, upon speaking to Tom (whom I had never met), I was told that this was easy- we would work together to get the car to a dealer for repair (Bozard would- and did) pay for all repairs. Also, as it was imperative we return to St. Augustine that day, they would pay (and did- by way of reimbursement as Enterprise was not able to accept a credit card over the phone) for a rental for as long as we needed it. He also offered to pay any towing costs, but we had that covered by insurance. Tom called the Chrysler dealership in Marietta and learned that their service department and rental desks were closed, but he confirmed that they could take care of the repair for him. While waiting for the tow-truck I was able to arrange and pickup the rental. We followed the car to the dealership, left it in their lot, and returned to St. Augustine. That was the only contact we had with the dealership. Tom and Frank handled all communication with the Atlanta area dealer. That included paying the almost $900 invoice for a new alternator and battery. AND, Bozard arranged to have the car brought back to St. Augustine for us. On Friday afternoon I returned the rental to the Enterprise location on site at Bozard and picked up our car. We have purchased two used vehicles from Frank in the past two years or so. When the opportunity arises there is absolutely no question that we will return to "our dealership"- Bozard Ford. More
