At least it was close to home. My Toyoya Tacoma (1999) died in the hurricane - 252k miles and it took a hurricane to kill it. Totaled. Anyway, in need of a used truck, I dont want to buy a vehicle I' "need" to buy a vehicle and was able to find a couple in Daytona and one in St A - another Tacoma. So the one in St A was at bozard ford about 5 mi from my home - which also got flooded. I get there and explain that i am a flood victim and they were quick to say "too bad, this is a 'sold as is vehicle," no negotiating." Needing a vehicle i had to suck it up and get it. I see the commercials with Mr. King and others telling us how great and family orientated bozard ford is. Not in my case, here i am someone who grew up in St A (and on the same street as Fred & Jo Bozard, Oglethorpe Blvd) and a true victim of the hurricane and they couldnt get the money quick enough. The one credit bozard gets is that saleman Zach was quite knowledgeable about the Toyota trucks and knew about the Tacoma line, he was a good salesman. Pretty sure that will be my last encounrter with bozard ford. More

Not perfect but trying. Had car done they looked up my points and made sure I was given credit for discounts that I was unaware that I was qualified. They could have done better job on giving me quote for future work it was buried in current work papers and even when I asked for breakdown of cost of brakes, drums,rotors, calipers parts etc it was not forth coming so I could comparison shop.They did a good job and I have recommend to others for oil changes. More

Rude and Incompetent I heard them talking xxxx about me behind my back. The mechanic didn't realize I was standing right there. They were making comments saying things lik I heard them talking xxxx about me behind my back. The mechanic didn't realize I was standing right there. They were making comments saying things like. "What the xxxx is he thinking.. Is he on drugs"..Laughing like jack xxxxx. Because they couldn't see anything wrong with the sunroof shade. The reason I came back in to begin with is that Jeff saw an issue with it and told me to come in and get it fixed. When I called them out the look on their faces for talking behind my back and getting caught was pure shock.. They backtracked quickly but if they did it to me.. they do it to all of their customers. xxxxty team. More
