Well it was time to get my wife in a new vehicle and due to the solid service by Bozard I convinced my wife to test ride a Navigator and MKZ. Luis Crespo was very patient as we test rode several vehicles, was very knowledgeable with their warranties and features and didn't pressure us at all. Luis did an awesome job meeting me where I felt comfortable paying for a new vehicle and bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manor. Professional Service I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. The car failed just as I was parked in the lot across from Bozard. Nathan had people push the vehicle to Quick Lane Service Center. Angela got me transportation until the vehicle was repaired. When the car was repaired, as I was to drive away another problem developed and was resolved, in a timely manner by Jason, as I waited. I was completely satisfied with the work done (AC compressor and components replaced).
