Sirus radio problem A new Sony radio was installed on January 27, 2017. At the time the Sirus radio worked when I left the dealership. On March 10 the radio became inoper A new Sony radio was installed on January 27, 2017. At the time the Sirus radio worked when I left the dealership. On March 10 the radio became inoperable. I did not have the new radio number inscribed on my invoice so my three phone calls to Sirus to have it restarted were unsuccessful. My trip to the dealership resulted in the radio being taken out, the new number recorded on the invoice and within 5 minutes Alek had the radio restarted. Very professional. Thank you Alek and the technician who did the work. To prevent this from happening to other customers I suggest the radio number be written on the invoice so the customer can restart their own radio without having to drive out to the dealer. Thank you for helping me. Everyone out there is just as nice as can be and it is always good to work with friendly people. Thank you- Ken Barrett, Jr. More
Pleasant vehicle buying experience. I was looking for a specific model of the Ford Explorer to replace my Buick Enclave. Of the eight or so Explorer Sports that I found between central I was looking for a specific model of the Ford Explorer to replace my Buick Enclave. Of the eight or so Explorer Sports that I found between central and north Florida, Bozard had one that fit what I was looking for. I contacted the dealership first via their webpage to see if the vehicle was still available. They promptly answered my query indicating it was available and asked if I would like to schedule a visit to see the Explorer. After work I drove to the dealership and met Jeremy Criscione. He showed me the vehicle, explained many of the features and then we went for a test drive. The vehicle was better than I was expecting. This particular Pre-owned Explorer included options/features that I wasn't considering, but was glad were there. After the test drive, we discussed some of the number, including what they would they give me for my trade. The trade value was close to what I was expecting but the price was a little higher than I wanted. We negotiated a little bit and came to a number we all could agree to. As it was late in the day, I offered a down payment and said I would return in the morning to wrap up the sale. The next morning I met with Jeremy again and he introduced me to Ryan Shapiro who would handle the money and warranty side of the purchase. Ryan was very patient with me when we first started going over the numbers as I had mistakenly come to a certain number in my head but we got through it. He went over not only the purchasing of the vehicle but also found a good warranty to fit my needs and driving habits. He also helped to set me up with my first two maintenance's for the oil change and tire rotation. Overall the entire experience was pleasant - one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had. More
Service experience depends on who's working We have rarely had a problem with service at Bozard. I stopped using the Quick Lane when they missed worn brakes and worn tires on separate visits. If Alex or Crystal is there in the service department all is great. But i recently went in for an appointment when both were off. "I can't help you, I'm too busy". "I can't help you, I'm going to lunch". Others refused to meet my eyes. Needless to say, my next car won't be from Bozard. More
