Wonderful Experience.....Caring Staff!! My husband was in the market for a new car and had been shopping for a new Explorer for the last few weeks. He had been by Bozard Ford the day before, but we had narrowed it down to another car at a dealership in town. We were at lunch and about to go back and sign the paperwork when we got a call from Chris, Cowboy's Manager. He and Coyboy got right on it, located the same car and made us a better deal. Later that afternoon, we were at Bozard purchasing our 3rd Explorer. The service could not have been better! It was fast and painless and everyone we dealt with made sure we were their only priority. We tend to buy a new car every 5 years and will be back at Bozard Ford for our future purchases! She wrote it up exactly and explained it so the tech could xxxxx my issue and get it taken care of in one visit. I had a problem with the drivers side mirror and a right front noise coming from the ball-joint area. The Expedition was returned in a couple hours clean and fixed. Great team to work with. More

It was by far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience that I've had. Tischler Nelson(Salesman), and Ryan Shapiro(Finance Manager), both were very respectful people to buy from they didn't hassle me or make me feel like I had to really "talk" the price down. I simply told them that I Will be buying a car from them as long as the price is right and they got the price right I was only there for about an hour for the whole process straight to the point I will definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys and do recommend them.
