Not at Bozard, our salesman "Luis" listened carefully! He did not try to persuade us to reconsider our choices, he took us straight to the vehicle selection that matched our requests. He had the keys in a snap and we were happily out for a test ride in minutes. Luis used his smart phone and very knowledgably was able to quickly answer any questions we threw at him. The price amounts he had readily available. He was a pleasure to work with, we recommend ask for him! The finance department was very patient with us, with great curtesy and knowledge as we sorted through the many options and service plans for our vehicle. Johnny Mott was friendly and professional with the financial end of the transaction, guiding us expertly through the paperwork. We drove away delighted with our new 2017 Escape and today, a week later, we haven't felt any buyer's remorse. Date Night Experience We signed up for the Lincoln Date Night experience with expectations of pushy sales pitches. We arrived and were immediately shown to the Date Night c We signed up for the Lincoln Date Night experience with expectations of pushy sales pitches. We arrived and were immediately shown to the Date Night concierge. She took about 30 minutes filling out the paperwork and showing us the Lincoln MKC we had requested. She even offered to wash our own car while we were gone. The restaurant to which we were sent was very nice and the food was delicious. We even had a reserved parking spot all our own. 24 hours later, we returned the vehicle and picked up our car. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a thank you for participating in Date Night. The Lincoln MKC is a very nice, small SUV with pleasant lines and a comfortable interior. This one was not fully loaded with all the current safety packages. With my desired options, it is priced much higher than I am willing to spend. The great part is that Bozard is also a Ford dealer, giving me less costly options when it's time to replace my current car. I'll certainly give them an opportunity then. More

It ain't just for granddad anymore! Our restaurant experience was very pleasant and, overall, everything combined for an outstanding and memorable evening.
