Ford Transit Connect We had a problem with one of the rear seats of our Ford Transit not moving to the up-right position. Scheduled a service with Bozard Ford and brought We had a problem with one of the rear seats of our Ford Transit not moving to the up-right position. Scheduled a service with Bozard Ford and brought it in at the appointed time. They brought me home via shuttle with very little wait time. Received a call from the service dept. later in the day advising me that they were going to replace the malfunctioning seat and that they would need to order the seat. Was advised it may take about a week or so, which was no problem as I able to pickup the Transit the same day. I still have my Transit to use until the part(s) come in. I'm vert pleased with Bozard Ford and all the staff at the service dept. I highly recommend Bozard Ford. Very professional in all respects. More

I told them what I was looking for and that I was on my way to Jacksonville to look at one. I told them I didn't want to spend hours looking at vehicles and negotiating price. I showed them the car I wanted and what I wanted to get for my trade. They sat down with me and within a short time, we had a deal. It was wonderful to finish everything in about two hours and drive out with our new 2017 Ford Flex vehicle and at a better price than the one in Jacksonville. More
