I hesitate to say salesperson because he is much more than that. He truly understands the anxiety and frustration associated with the major purchase of a new vehicle as well as provides a human to human experience. After my first purchase of a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum, my experience was so exceptional that I started recommending him to everyone I heard talking about getting a new vehicle. Everyone of my friends that have had the pleasure to work with Zach have had nothing but praise and satisfaction. He helped my mother-in-law purchase a used vehicle and she absolutely adores him now. Enjoyed the "BOZARD EXPERIENCE" again today. My vehicle was scheduled for regular maintenance and I arrived 5 minutes early for my 2 PM appointment. I was greeted by a service adviser Kevin Bres My vehicle was scheduled for regular maintenance and I arrived 5 minutes early for my 2 PM appointment. I was greeted by a service adviser Kevin Bressler, who immediately obtained my information and advised the appointment would take less than an hour. But to my pleasant surprise, the staff changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires, and perform the standard vehicle safety/performance check and my vehicle was ready at 2:25 PM. This may sound pretty awesome but each time I deal with the "BOZARD" family I continue to be impressed by the staff's efficient competence and friendly, pleasant attitude. Also hats off to Alia Spoerle the customer service manager. If you per chance you were to encounter a problem....go to Alia and allow her to work her magic. :) Keep providing your staff with those "Happy Pills" they are working. More
