J When we searched Comsumer Report for highly rated new car dealerships in our area, Bozard and 2 others were listed and were contacted on our behalf. Jim Duran from Bozard responded within minutes to learn exactly what we were looking for and our priority for any possible options. When we arrived for our appointment, Jim had his “best match” from our conversation waiting for us to see and drive. After a short test drive, we were sold in several ways that we had the best price, best value, and without a doubt, the best salesman ever. We learned from a new truck buyer in the customer lounge that he, too, had a great overall experience at Bozard’s and with his salesman Jim Duran. What a great experience! More
Service issues-updated Took my 08 Escape in for a misfire with no check engine light. Quicklane was unable to diagnose, they sent car to service department said it may take Took my 08 Escape in for a misfire with no check engine light. Quicklane was unable to diagnose, they sent car to service department said it may take a few days for them to get to it & offered me a rental. Before leaving I asked multiple times if there was going to be a charge for the rental and was told no it was taken care of. When I came back to pick car up later that day I was told problem was spark plugs and got a quote of $845. Since I could not afford another day off work I asked the tech numerous times if the only problem was the plugs & he assured of plugs changed car would be good. I changed plugs & problem temporarily fixed. Over next 2 weeks problem gradually came back & worsened. Brought car back to Quicklane for oil change & told them misfire problem not resolved I was told to call service. Called service was told had to pay another diagnostics fee, service advisor finally agreed to do diagnostic for free. I tried to set appt for diagnostic on a Saturday & was told they have no crews on Saturdays, even though I just got a flyer from them saying hours are Mon-Fri 7-6 and Sat 8-4. So I have to wait 3 weeks for a week day off work to bring the car in(if it makes it). I have paid $179 for diagnostic test that was incorrect and a rental car that I was told I would not be charged for. Bozard was very quick to take my $ but not so quick to help resolve the issue. Update- received a call from Octavia @ Bozard she did everything to make this right. Offered to pick up my car and give me a rental while they diagnosed issues, also refunded all my $. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. More

Excellent Customer Service This the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Tom Krell at Bozard Ford. The first was a 2011 Ford Expedition EL, second 2015 F350 Crew cab truck a This the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Tom Krell at Bozard Ford. The first was a 2011 Ford Expedition EL, second 2015 F350 Crew cab truck and this vehicle, 2018 Ford Expedition Max. Tom is very conscious of the needs of his customers and it was reflected by his efforts in repairing a small ding in the driver's door and then bringing my new vehicle to me. We live almost 3 hours away from Bozard Ford and continue to keep coming back for our vehicles! Thanks Tom for being a TOP NOTCH sales and customer service representative!!! More

Happy with the car, everything else sucked First off, the whole paperwork portion took forever. They were incredibly unorganized and my paperwork got mixed up into another client’s folder several times within the two hours I was there. Another person had stepped in at one point to help speed up the process, however I think it just made matters worse. Skip ahead a week and a half AFTER the car was purchased, I get the awful news that the dealership had made a mistake and my payoff amount was marked down wrong and now my payments have gone up more than $60....it may sound minimal, but when the payments are already high and I made sure to budget every dollar so I could afford this car, it was not the news I wanted to hear. Not to mention I was trying to leave for vacation and now had to make a stop in and sign more paperwork. Skip ahead one day later, to where I had already left for vacation, check my bank account and saw a car payment was taken out for the previously owned vehicle and it’s now the weekend, called the bank and they said no one could be reached until Monday during normal business hours....so now I'm stuck in the keys with minimal money in my account while I’m vacation and fed up at the fact my car payments are not what we originally had agreed on. I just wish the dealership would get their act together.....All I have to say is this car better be worth all this bull**** nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We explained the problem we were having, he noted everything we told him and then went on to explain what they would do to solve the problem. Once we returned to pick up our vehicle, he very clearly explained everything that was done to correct the problem. Additionally, he advised us of a filter that was in very bad shape, we agreed with his comments and had the filter changed. I also explained that at the Chevrolet garage, that I've done business with for fourteen years, I have two service contacts that I can call direct whenever I need service. This is important to me because when I first called for an appointment, I reached a call center person who seemed inflexible in providing an earlier service date. I didn't argue with her instead I called Ken Schaffner who arranged an earlier repair date for us. This was very much appreciated for the repair issue we had seemed important enough to us to be corrected before further damage occurred. Colby Clark was kind enough to provide me with his number should I ever need direct contact with him in case of another such emergency situation. For this gesture I feel connected to Bozard Ford and thank you all very much. More
