Feel Good Experience I was due The Works, which is an oil change and tire rotation, so I went on line and scheduled an appointment. Was welcomed with a smile and really enjoyed talking with the lady who helped me. She looked up my account and found out that I was due a feel oil change and tire rotation. They took care of me in a timely manner, washed and vacuumed my truck and off I went. I drive from Palatka to St Augustine to have the service done. Best service ever We went to Bozard wanting to trade in our Jeep for an explorer. We had Carlos Gibbs as our salesman and Rick Garcia as our finance associate. To say w We went to Bozard wanting to trade in our Jeep for an explorer. We had Carlos Gibbs as our salesman and Rick Garcia as our finance associate. To say we had the best service is an understatement. They both went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted, within the range we wanted. We went late on a Friday and they both stayed over 2 hours past when they were supposed to get off. We had to come back Saturday to finish paperwork (by our own choice- not the dealers) and Saturday went just as smooth. While sitting in the dealership waiting to sign, I received notification from our bank that our card had been used for fraud which wiped out most of our bank account. To say I was a wreck is also an understatement, since that was going to be our down payment. Rick understood and did everything within his means to make sure we were still walking out with the Explorer. Needless to say, we did. This is by far the best dealership we have had the pleasure of dealing with, and we have bought numerous vehicles. We will only be going to Bozard from this point forward for new vehicles and even maintenance. More
