His friendly, personal, and unassuming manner appealed immensely to my wife and me. It was as if we were long-time friends; that is the respect and care that he showed us. He even volunteered to return our leased vehicle for us and made it a point to call him if we had any questions in the future; even if it would be months from now. Everyone there was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in being professional, courteous and making us feel like they cared. While on vacation with our kids to St Augustine FL, my 2017 F150 stopped working and we barely got to Bozard's before they closed on 4/3, but Sonya and the staff (from Quicklane) immediately put us in a rental and assured us everything would work out. Allison was especially helpful and was an amazing example of perfect customer service and was very understanding of our situation (we are from out of town and traveling with kids). Allison always kept us updated every step of the way, and made transitioning to and from a couple rentals seamless.
