But overall, everyone was friendly courteous, constantly making sure we were OK and if we had enough water etc. Even those employees we were not directly dealing with were conversational and a pleasure to talk to. I felt as though everyone there did want to work there and took pride in their work. It was about 100 degrees while we were there and we did keep going back and forth between vehicles and Patrick was very patient with us and I got the vehicle I wanted in the first place! I am sure my children were driving everyone nuts near the end and no one said anything to us about how wild they were. A lot of places would frown upon kids that were getting to anxious and stir crazy. Everyone was patient and accepted what was going on. I would recommend Bozard for anyone! More

I was told that my purchase was only valid for 1 year and that I would be given 1 service only plus tire rotation. When I paid for 2 services I did not expect to have a time limit. The money I paid did not have a time limit. Also, your blower/dryer system is poor. I had to use my own chamois to dry my car. More

My experience buying a used F250 2011 model My review is great with sales.. (Seth). The only issue I had with my truck I bought is Through the maintenance shop I think a few things were missed My review is great with sales.. (Seth). The only issue I had with my truck I bought is Through the maintenance shop I think a few things were missed and I missed as well. The truck has some bad rust underneath and my foot almost went through the bed by the fender well. Also after driving home from dealer I turned off the truck and it made this crazy sound for about 45 seconds like a compressor sound. Come to find out it’s a wastegate solenoid.... and the last mechanical issue is the radiator started leaking. All the next day after purchase... I know it came with no warranty so can’t blam no one but myself. More
