Warranty Work Colby seemed to be off his game that day. Missed some of the items on the repair list. Service letdown I’ve been dealing with a squealing sound coming from my front brakes for almost a year. The last two times I’ve had the truck in for an oil change at I’ve been dealing with a squealing sound coming from my front brakes for almost a year. The last two times I’ve had the truck in for an oil change at the quick lane the techs took a look but they told me I would have to have the service dept look at it. Fair enough, I understand they don’t deal with repairs in the quick lane so I was finally able to find time to make an appointment for this past Friday. I use my truck daily to run my business so it has been hard to find a free day to go without it. I dropped the truck off at 6:45am. Alex called around 8 to ask what was wrong with the truck. I called back and left a message detailing the problem and asked him to please call if he needed any more info. After lunch I called and left a message asking for an update. Alex called me back at 1:45pm and said that they hadn’t looked at the truck yet and would try to get to it soon. At 4 he called back and said they drove it and couldn’t hear the sound and they needed more time to look into it. At that point I had to pick the truck up because I couldn’t leave it over the weekend so now I will have to wait until I have another free day to leave it with them again. I understand that they are extremely busy but what was the point of an 8:45am appointment when the truck wasn’t even looked at until after 2pm?? My family and I have been buying from Bozard for over 20 years and I love the sales and quicklane departments. This is the first time I haven’t been completely satisfied with my experience and I feel bad leaving a poor review but the service dept dropped the ball this time. More

This followed a VERY long wait to see the finance guy who was not prepared with his paper work at all. What we didn't like is that they didn't update our GPS system before selling the car. If I am buying a certified pre-owned car, I would want to think that the car would be in its most updated condition and within first 3 days of buying the car, we realized that we had to pay $160 for buying a chip to update the GPS. Not cool! Jenna was very sweet and patient and tried to help the best way she could, its not her fault that the car was not updated, but it was not our fault either. More

I was nearly 2 hours with no resolution. It was intermittent ignition sticking and spinning the starter. It was tested intermittently leaving it standing in between. I think they should have spent more time turning the key and not waiting so long to have a better chance of finding the problem. I told them I wouldn't have driven from Jacksonville to st Augustine if there wasn't a problem. I was given the impression maybe I should take it closer to home. Not the kind of service I'm used to from bozard. More
