Horrible experience Disrespectful, dishonest, and had the worst salesman ever. All he cared about was making his bonus. If one car he didn’t sell kept him from getting his bonus then he’s a horrible salesman anyway and should have sold more for the month. At the end of the night after I had signed the paperwork Ryan says I quote in his words “ I’m so xxxxing tired” who says that to a customer. Ryan did. He is very unprofessional . When I left I was in tears and disgusted with Bozard Ford. Lesson learned Never GO back!!!! More
