Outstanding dealership OEM tires premature tread loss. Talked to service dept supervisor. He called tire mfg, resolved problem. Mechanical outstanding outside excellent inside bad The mechanical work on oil change and advisement that I needed an air filter was right on target. AMAZING Experience Traded my 16 Rubicon for a FX4 Lariat First and foremost I want to applaude the entire staff at Bozard Ford! My wife and I arrived 1 hour before closing and I gave the sales person the wr First and foremost I want to applaude the entire staff at Bozard Ford! My wife and I arrived 1 hour before closing and I gave the sales person the wrong truck number so Chad spent 30 minutes looking for a truck I really did not want. Once I figured out what I did wrong i gave Chad the correct number for the F150 Lariat 4X4 and began our 6 minute negotiation (of course after our test drive). This is my 79th vehicle since 1989 so 6 minutes was an amazing negotiation time (since it took 7 hours no the Rubicon I am trading in for the F150). I applaude the war desk and the finance team for making the transition go so smoothly! Chad my salesperson who is still a green pea did an amazing job getting the deal together and then to close out the deal Mr Finance himself "Stuart" who worked his magic and closed our deal with a great rate. I have to say that this was the BEST buying experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle! GREAT JOB BOZARD TEAM continue that kind of service and you will never have to worry about selling a vehicle.... I look forward the the great service after the sale as well! Don Proud More

Good deal-Mediocre experience. I went with Bozard because of the reviews I had seen in the past as well as personal friends who highly recommended it. When I got to the dealership I I went with Bozard because of the reviews I had seen in the past as well as personal friends who highly recommended it. When I got to the dealership I was met with a salesman who acted like he had no desire to be there. The whole time there it was like I was an inconvenience to him and the sales manager behind the desk because I had questions and wanted to negotiate. My wife and I quickly began to get the feeling that we were just another sale and nothing more. The sales manager kept switching numbers around between rebates, discounts and trade-in after I repeatedly asked to keep them separated. The finance manager Rick was very helpful, quickly went through paperwork after being there a long time, and has since been a man of his word. I bought the vehicle from Bozard because at the end of the day that's what I was after and it was close to home. I would still recommend Bozard because they offer competitive pricing and a large selection. More
