Great Tire Experience I went to get a repair on a semi-flat tire on Friday. It was not repairable . The total price installed was under $300 for two 65,000 mile tires. I was very pleased with the price and service. More

John at Bozard got us a matching Michelin the first thing next morning, verified our Ford tire warranty coverage, and we were on our way in less than an hour at no cost! My sales rep, Seth Evans is absolutely the best at what he does. He let the truck sell itself, never pushed or prodded me at any time. I had a tricky situation with a 2 car trade and I was upside down to the extreme and he made it all work out the way I wanted. I was completely honest with Seth about a personal hardship in my family and he took the ball and ran with it. Things could not have worked out any better for me, it was very important for me and my family to make this deal happen. Before I had a chance to state my opinion of the driving experience, the sale associate "Tischler Nelson'" responded " I'm sure this is not what you were expecting." One would expect the associate to state, " How did you like it,,,,followed by,,,I can work up a great deal for you on this vehicle." His professionalism and attention to my needs caused me to remain at the dealer to consider other vehicles. A few hours later in the day, I was driving away with my new vehicle. I can not speak for others, but personally I had a great experience and would recommend the dealership to other. "Rick Garcia" in the finance department continued the professionalism, which rounded out a very positive experience. I hope other who read this review will also experience the same. More
