We didn’t make an appointment because we were just going “to look.” We were greeted immediately and were graciously handed over to the team of Jack Michie (Senior Client Advisor) and his partner Aleida Rodriquez (Brand Ambassador). Quite a remarkable and experienced team. It was such smooth sailing. They were so knowledgeable about the Lincoln line. Proudly showing off the Lincoln Aviator’s incredible attributes. They were not aggressive sales people; they were really sure the product would sell itself if presented accurately. Needless to say within an hour we were the happy owners of a beautiful Aviator.. so much for “just looking.” In this day and age, it is such a pleasure to work with knowledgeable people who care about their product and their customers.
