Really had no intention of buying when we walked onto the lot. Devin asked if we needed help and we looked at two vehicles we had viewed online. Quickly decided we had an interest in Explorer and 15 minutes lot. Devin asked if we needed help and we looked at two vehicles we had viewed online. Quickly decided we had an interest in Explorer and 15 minutes later, the price was right. Never got to the same #'s that quickly. Waiting for finance side took a bit longer than you like but it always does. But once we were completing paperwork, this went quickly as well. Great experience! This is second time we have purchased from Bozard. More

Brian was great in everything he did, most of our communication was online because I live a few hours away from him I placed my deposit over the phone and on the day I had to pick my car up he had my communication was online because I live a few hours away from him I placed my deposit over the phone and on the day I had to pick my car up he had my paperwork waiting and the car was sitting out front waiting on me I couldn’t have had a better experience . Not to mention I am younger and most people don’t take you serious when you are wanting to buy and look at a mustang but he never gave me any trouble. When I buy again it will definitely be from him.
