I contacted Mark by email letting him know that I was looking for a used small SUV and it had to be white. He told me about a Ford Escape that had just came in and he thought it would work for me. My husband and I went out on Saturday moring to check it out...it was in the shop being worked on so I was unable to test drive. It was in excellent condition so I knew it would not be around long so I asked if it could be held until I was able to test drive and make a final decision. Mark contacted me on Monday afternoon letting me know it was ready so on Tuesday my parents went and picked it up so I could test drive it when I got off work. I returned to the dealership on Wednesday and completed all the paper work on my purchase. All the individuals at the dealership were great. This is the second purchase we have made here. More
