The dealership worked with us on price and trade-in allowance until we were satisfied with our choice. Then Edison Hawkins went over our financing options and was also very courteous and friendly. When I arrived, he showed me what he had found and gave me a price I thought was very fair and reasonable. I took it immediately. Rob discussed several financing options and went to work to find the best rate available, a much better rate than I had planned. The process from start to finish was completed in an hour to an hour and a half. This truck was my sixth vehicle purchase, and this was by far the best experience I had buying a vehicle. When I made the appointment with him and we had a chance talk one on one, he become like an old friend trying to help me out. Greg did EVERYTHING in his control to make sure we received the car and financing that would fit our budget. When it came down to the payment, not once did he ever say " it's only 50 bucks more a month" like I was told at the larger... "bigger" high volume... get them in and get them out car dealerships. Say what you want about the smaller dealers....this was the BEST experience buying a car I EVER had. I must also add that the finance department must have used all their favors in order to get us financed....with my credit score I didn't think it was possible and at ridiculous low interest rate....thank you Edison you were awesome too. I would just like to concluded,Greg Ayscue... this former police officer (a thankless job) has found a costumer for life. As long as Greg is there I will continue buying cars from them. See, when looking for a car I know what I want & if I can't get exactly what I want, well there's no talking.
