JW is a wonderful salesman. He cares about his customers and greets them each time they come in for a service. He had to special order my Equinox and during the 6 months it took Chevrolet to build my SUV, J and greets them each time they come in for a service. For several months I knew I was going to purchase a new truck. For several weeks, after visiting Boyd Automotive, I knew I would most likely buy either a Ford F-150 or a Honda Ridgeline; and I knew I woul truck. I did a lot of on-line research and Phil Daniel and I communicated via e-mail. Phil was always very helpful. The day that I bought my F-150 Platinum, I had originally just planned to do some test driving. Both Phil Daniel's and Rob Vulgamott's input were instrumental in my ability to make a decision to buy that day. I had originally planned to buy the Lariat trim, but I got such an unbelievably good deal that I bought a more expensive truck. Mark Long's knowledge of SYNC and the F-150's dash "goodies" was very helpful. Everyone who I have ever met at either the Ford or Honda dealerships here seem to me to be good folks. My wife's next car (Honda CR-V probably) will come from here. I will recommend these dealerships. More
