While in the process of unexpectedly having to get a new car, three coworkers recommended three different people/places to get a new car. When I first spoke with him on the phone and with my concerns, what I need, and what I could afford, you got a sense right then this individual is genuine, honest, and sincere when helping you with all of your concerns. He did not hesitate to put me in a car of my price range even after I changed my mind several times. He was extremely patient and was acting as though he was purchasing the car not for me but with me. When I had to come back the next morning to get my car, Mr. Taylor was not there. What struck me with his honesty and professionalism, he had a warranty for me that I did not know I was going to get. That gesture alone will make me bring people to Mr. Taylor. I was concerned about having only one key when purchasing my vehicle. Mr. Taylor let me know before purchasing a key, he wanted to explain to his supervisor why I have to receive a key before purchasing one. When he says he will get back with you for a particular reason about a particular issue, he delivers. He called me with the great news that I need to come in, I have a key. His service will me, friends, and family coming to him first to purchase any automobiles in the near future. More

The service we received was very poor. My salesman was Mr. Rice. He worked several customers and he tried to force my 21 year old son to buy a new car when all we were trying to get him was something he c Mr. Rice. I have bought several cars from their company. Two from oxford and one from the Henderson boyd. My son first experience was horrible. I thought we could trust him because he had helped us in the past. My son is working part time and Mr. Rice tried to force into a payment he could not afford. Will never deal with them again and will tell everyone I come in contact with not to deal with this company nor Mr. Rice! More

My purchase was last Spring 2013 and I purchased a Honda CRV. It's the very best car I have ever owned and a real joy to drive. I had toured several other dealerships which tried to sell me "not what I wanted". When I came unannounced to Boyd In Oxford, Mr. May was extremely busy, so Mr. Rice was happy to assist me and gave me a test drive. He was very warm and friendly and made me feel at home. Buying a new car is always intimidating, and I won't say I was "relaxed" about the whole thing, but Mr. Rice put me at ease as much as possible, even with the back and forth you sales guys always do with the price. It was the most pleasurable experience I have had in buying a car. If I buy again in the future, I will definitely come back. More
