We found Mark Long to be a very knowledgeable person, very nice and respectful. He knew all the details about the car and explained it to us in much detail. We purchased the Ford C-Max Hybird. We had not purchased a car since 2001 and we purchased it from Boyd. The price I said was good because, we were in culture shock since we had not bought a car in 12 years. We love the Ford Explorer that we purchased in 2001 but, with the gas prices we decided to go with the hybird. We spoke with Daniel Griffin when we were shopping for a car a couple weeks ago. I sent out several e-mails inquiring about the Buick Encore and Boyd was the only dealership to respond. They informed me that they had one on order and would let me know when it arrives, When it came Encore and Boyd was the only dealership to respond. Mark was awesome! I was dead set on a certain car and he showed me that car and then showed me another car that was a much better car. My mom went to Boyd automotive before I was in town and met Daniel Griffin. He helped her look at cars even knowing he wouldn't make a sale until I was there one weekend to visit. My mom left and he called her on the weekends to see if I had made it home yet. I came home for 4th of July and he helped me pick out a reliable car in my price range. I told him I really wanted a higher up car, like a CRV, but instead of making it happen and putting me in a car I couldn't afford he was honest and told me that with the payments I'm trying to make I couldn't get a car that size. After test driving a ford focus, my mom asked if I could get into a honda. He figured out a price on a coupe that wouldn't kill me and made sure with his boss that it shouldn't be labeled a sports car under insurance- my mom had mentioned being worried the payment would go up if I got a 2- door. After test driving it I loved that it had a digital odometer in the front so I could easily see my speed (he might have noticed I had trouble seeing the speed while driving the ford focus). After looking up the payments and falling in love with all the features the car has, I signed for it that day. I am now the new owner of a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe. Anthony was a s polite gentlemen and we felt nothing but sincerity throughout our interactions. Anthony gave me his honest opinion concerning gas mileage, price and overall rating of the vehicles that we viewed. I will definitely send future car buyers to Anthony because my experience was a true success. Anthony gave me a follow up call to see how the vehicle was performing and he was not rushed in his follow up. I was at ease during my car buying process. Having grown up in Oxford, I had never purchased a vehicle from a local dealership but I will return for future purchases.
