Boyd offered to bring the car to me to test drive, unlike the other dealerships. Boyd's salesperson, Chris, who contacted me on several occasions, was also the rep who sounded the least impersonal, of the various dealerships who called me. With the polite and efficient help of Edison Hawkins, I was able to complete all the credit and financial checks on the phone, and the next day, Phil Daniel brought the car to me. Phil went over all the necessary info I needed in a careful, clear and concise way, and after the test drive he explained each paper I signed in the same way. He was pleasant, calm, and unfailingly polite. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone at Boyd with whom I spoke. More

Tony did everything he said he would do. I needed to take the vehicle back to the dealership to fix a stereo speaker problem and they gave me a loaner to use while the vehicle was in the shop. I am surpised and over joyed with Mr. Tony Jefferson. I just happen to go on line and saw this advertisement about what kind of car I would like. So, I answered the advertisement, and the next day, which w just happen to go on line and saw this advertisement about what kind of car I would like. So, I answered the advertisement, and the next day, which was a Monday, I heard from Tony. I told him I liked the Ford Fusion because it got 40 miles per gallon of gas. Then Tony tells me that, that is for a Ford Fusion Hybride, that the Ford Fusion gets 30 to 33 miles per gallon. I told him that the TV commerical didn't say that. So I said then I don't want a Ford Fusion. Then, Tony asked me what other car would I like to drive? I let him know that I would like to keep my payments below $200.00 per month. Tony said if I would come in and look at some used cars they had. So I went in to Boyd Motors, to look at the cars he had to show me on his computer. I looked at a feww and found one I liked, so he told me to go home and he would check with the banks to see if one of them would give me the loan for the used car. So I did. The next day he called me and asked me if I would come in cause he had some good news and some bad news, or he could tell me over the phone, I told him I would come in. When I went in he gave me the bad new first, then gave me the good news. The bad news is that the bank would not give me the loan on the car I wanted. But if I change to another car that was cheaper and still had some warranty left on it the bank would give me the loan. So, we looked and came up with the Nissan, Versa S. I told him that it was to small and that I wanted a car that was the same size car that I had. But he assured me that the Nissan, Versa is not that small. I told him that I would have to see this car in person. So he called his driver to go and pick the car up from Sandford Motors the next morning. He told me he would call me around 2;00 p.m. to come in to see and drive the car. But he called me earlier, the car was in. So I went in to see this car. He went to get the car and brought it around to the front of the building. It still looked small to me, but he parked it next to my car and as I walked around the drivers side of the Nissan I could see that it was higher than my car (in height). So he said, you would have to drive it to see how it rides, so I drove it. It had more head room in it than my old car and it had more room in it, liked Tony said. I love the color of this Nissan,Versa. He said, now if you don't like it we can see what else we have that you like. But I told him no and that I would take it. So I am now a pround owner of a Nissan,Versa S. Oh ! it's a 2011. I am a 68 yers old grandmother, retired, and have Lymphedema in my legs. I tell you this car has more leg room in it than my old 1997 Dodge Stratus. I LOVE IT. THANKS TONY More
