The first thing my husband said was "Let's call Seamon." We did and she is now driving a wonderful 2011 Honda CRV - we feel better knowing she is in such a safe and reliable car. Most of the paperwork was done in Henderson. The service this time was totally different and the atmosphere was pleasant.I believe it was because the right people were in place so the customer experience was worth doing business with them. We could have gone to Durham or Raleigh, but we chose Oxford the town that we reside. We service our 98 Honda there at Boyd Automotive and we hope we receive the same care with our 2014 Honda. More

Awesome Dealership Experience! Mu husband and I were in the market for a new car and, being a lifelong Honda owner and loyal fan of the brand, I insisted we check out local Honda de Mu husband and I were in the market for a new car and, being a lifelong Honda owner and loyal fan of the brand, I insisted we check out local Honda dealers. After visiting 2 different dealers within a short distance, and after being "held hostage" for over 3 hours in each dealership, we walked out in disgust. We felt like we were being strung along by pushy sales people who were simply trying to wear us down in order to accept their offers. Then we decided to try Boyd Honda in Oxford, since it's only 30 minutes from our home. We were on the lot approximately 30 seconds before a friendly young man came out to ask if we needed help. His name was Seamon Rice. We test drove a couple of cars and really liked one of the new Civics and all the features it had to offer. Seamon was very knowledgable about the car and answered all of our questions. He never pushed but instead made us feel like valued customers. Once we agreed on a price and terms, we went into the Financial Manager's office to complete the paperwork. That gentleman's name was Edison Hawkins and he, too was genuine, friendly and professional. When we left we felt comfortable with the decision to give Boyd Honda our business. They understand the meaning of courteous customer service! We look forward to many years of service through this dealership and would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family. A+! More
