I had a quick and easy experience with Keith Taylor at Boyd in Oxford. I called Keith on a Saturday with the vehicle I was interested in and he gave me a website to look at the vehicles he could get ahol Boyd in Oxford. We contacted Boyd Automotive after an internet search found the vehicle we were interested in at their location. We live 1.5 hours away from the dealership. The response from Boyd was immediate. We knew we were going to make a purchase within the next 48 hours. We told the folks at Boyd what our terms were and they came back within the hour with a solid offer. There was none of this haggling back and forth with multiple emails and passing us off to someone else at the dealership. A couple of correspondences with Keith Taylor and the deal was set. All that was left was to show up at the dealership and see the vehicle. Even though we didn't need to trade our vehicle, Keith offered that option as well. We ended up doing the entire deal with them, the purchase and selling our old vehicle just because they were so easy to work with. While we were in the dealership, we were Keith's focus--he even put off his anniversary celebration to finish this deal on Saturday to work with our schedule.
