I called this dealer, where I bought my car, and they will not be able to fix it for at least 4 weeks! What kind of service is that? Who can live without their car for 4 weeks? I can take it elsewhere, but then my drive train warranty wouldn't apply. All the other Hyundai dealers are very far from my house, and towing it to them would cost a mint. This car has broken down multiple times this year, and just isn't reliable. My husband's last Hyundai was wonderful, but my newer car is much less reliable, and now if they can't even fix the car under warranty what good does their great warranty do me? More
Dropped my car off at 830. They didn’t start working til 4!! They then told me they’d ordered the wrong color part and then had me wait another week plus to make another appointment so they had time to pain 4!! Had to go back a third time. Also nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone to get questions answered. wasted a huge amount of time on this. Very disappointed all around. More

I have a genesis and I’m concerned that servicing is combined with Hyundai. The first time I brought the car in the shade it a nice job and I will return. However I’d like to see more emphasis placed on combined with Hyundai. The first time I brought the car in the shade it a nice job and I will return.
