I dropped my car off at 8 for regular maintenance. At late notice I was contacted that my car was not going to be done at the estimated time of 4:30, but by 5 pm. I arrived at 5 pm and the service rep who checked me in was gone and the one who was there didn’t know anything about my car and sent me to the cashier. The cashier didn’t have an invoice for me. When I went back out to the service center, I had to point out it was still on the shop floor! I would have appreciated someone telling me it wasn’t going to be done at 5. When I was there, it was estimated it would be done by 5:15. My husband had to come get my son to take him to basketball practice because I wasn’t confident I could get him to practice by 5:30. We had to go into the shop floor for my son to get his basketball bag out of my car. Good thing my husband could come back to the dealership and help me because my car wasn’t done until 5;25. I also didn’t get a car wash as offered. Both the service rep who checked me in at 8 am and the one who talked to me at 5;00 commented about how this service rating was or wasn’t about them! The one I talked to at 5 told me the rating was for the one who checked me in at 8. The one who checked me in at 8 called me the next day to say the problem was the dispatchers fault, not her’s. They had an idea the rating wouldn’t be good and didn’t want the blame on them. The dealership is responsible for the overall experience and this wasn’t a good one! A lot of inconvenience and then blaming others for the bad service is awkward for the customer and unprofessional. More
The receptionist that helped me was so helpful. I don’t remember her name but she was kind and I was expecting it to take a really long time but she made sure I was taken care of quickly. I appreci I don’t remember her name but she was kind and I was expecting it to take a really long time but she made sure I was taken care of quickly. I appreciated that very much. Now my car feels and drives much smoother :) I’m sure I waited too long for my oil change but no one shamed me for it which I’m thankful for. I’ll be coming back when I’m supposed to! More
