I received a call to schedule maintenance and explained what I wanted to have done. When I showed up for my appointment, the very nice lady who checked me in had no record of the conversation I had or wha what I wanted to have done. She was very accommodating and got a lot of it completed. My only gripe is that if someone takes the time to call to tell me I haven’t been there in a while and asks what I’d like to have done, that they make notes and schedule adequate time. I had a two plus week lag between the call and when they could get me in, so it wasn’t like I was pressing for a quick appointment. More
They said I needed a new cabin filter which they were going to charge me $60 when two kind people said you can buy one for $20 and easy to install. I bought one and took less then 5min to change. It is been harder to get a service appointment lately. Your service webpage no longer has the ability to select from the manufacturer or Boucher Dealer recommended services per vehicle mileage. I have worked with SiriusXM tier 2 support several times to fix the issue with no results. They said that the vehicle needs to be taken to the dealership where they can reset the SiriusXM module. When looking at the invoice it does not state that I said the module needs to be reset. Your technicians stated the SiriusXM radio is working as intended during multiple tries, no codes, no updates available, no recommended repairs at this time. If they were attempting to troubleshoot the SiriusXM from within the shop it wont receive a signal from the SiriusXM satellites and they would not hear the radio play. When I picked up the vehicle the SiriusXM radio STILL did not work. They did not attempt to reset the SiriusXM module or what ever needs to be done to make it WORK. More
