After calling them nearly 8 different times over a 3 month period they never returned my calls when I was trying to order a part. Finally got the part after driving 30 minutes to them and the people had month period they never returned my calls when I was trying to order a part. After taking my vehicle in for a leak in my tire, I was initially told there was no leak and that I was probably just imagining there was a leak. The tire was dropping to 20psi every day and I was manually checking it to confirm. Ended up needing to come in for a 2nd appointment for the tire since they didn't fix or investigate it during my first appointment. During the 2nd appointment they found the leak that I was imagining and managed to patch it. Overall, not satisfied. They don't return calls and they try to gaslight you into multiple appointments because their mechanics can't do their jobs right. More
The service was exceptionally long. I was driven to my house and picked up at my house when the car was ready, I appreciated that very much. Unfortunately, two days after inspection I was driven to my house and picked up at my house when the car was ready, I appreciated that very much. Unfortunately, two days after inspection and service the battery on our car failed and after having it charged and inspected we drove to a service center (0’Reilly’s Auto Parts) and they said we needed a new battery which we had to purchase for about $200. I did wonder why this wasn’t noticed during the inspection at Boucher. More

Very professional. The staff is very friendly and waiting area is the best ever I have seen in any of the services centres visited. The staff never forces us to add any extra but they suggest what the manufacturer suggests. In my experience, the car 🚗 was always handed over to me after the invoice cleared, this was totally opposite here. This was the great experience. Appreciate their work and the customer service. More
