Always for the job but nothing extra. I asked for air in my tires after service and was told no. The excuse was, “it is cold”. I understand the pressure will be different in the cold but I asked for air in my tires after service and was told no. The excuse was, “it is cold”. They’re ok for the normal maintenance, but I have been disappointed in their timeliness for returning calls. Also, they failed to tell me about the frequency of wheel alignment on AWD vehicles, which led disappointed in their timeliness for returning calls. Also, they failed to tell me about the frequency of wheel alignment on AWD vehicles, which led to having to buy 2 new sets of tires. It seems their standard of customer experience has gone downhill. Had a headlight burn out, took it in to schedule an appointment, Jean said she could fit me in would be about an hour or so. Left the car got headlight replaced in about 2 hours . Got oil change and air filter in cabin and engine replaced as well. I was told the air filters would take an additional 15-30 minutes. It took over an hour for a total of 2 hours for oil change and replaced as well. I was told the air filters would take an additional 15-30 minutes. Service manager called Julie asking how service was. Told her no ones called me back and I'll be in at 230p to have the cabin air filter fixed. Brought car in. Told it'll be 15-20 mins. Took over an hour. I asked what they were going to do for my inconvenience. "Well I didn't charge you for it". No kidding. Your mechanics installed it incorrectly. I love my Santa Fe hybrid. I was going to buy 4 more for fleet vehicles for my business. Unfortunately do to the terrible REPEAT service by MULTIPLE people I am selling my personal Santa Fe and purchasing Toyota Highlander hybrids instead. More
